Johan Oosthuyse qualified as a veterinarian at Onderstepoort in 1991. He subsequently worked in various private veterinary practices from 1991 until 1998, where after he joined Healthtech Laboratories as the CEO. 1 January 2007 he was appointed as CEO of V-Tech Veterinary Solutions (PTY) LTD. Johan holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership (Unisa).

David Gerber qualified as a veterinarian 1988 in Zurich, Switzerland. For the following six years he worked at the production animal clinic in Zurich and in a rural private practice. He subsequently joined the Faculty of Veterinarian Science at Onderstepoort as a Professor in Theriogenology. This position he held until 2006 when he joined V-Tech Veterinary Solutions (PTY) LTD as head of Product Development.

Minesh Mistry

Minesh Mistry is General Manager and responsible pharmacist of V-Tech Veterinary Solutions (Pty) Ltd . Minesh qualified in 1993 as a pharmacist at the University of Natal. Since then he was employed by various pharmaceutical companies in production, research and development, as well as quality assurance. Minesh joined V-Tech Veterinary Solutions (Pty) Ltd as a pharmacist. He also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from De Montfort University (UK).

Marindi Kuijers-Westhuizen

Marindi qualified as a pharmacist in 2005 at the North West University. She completed her community service in 2007 at Winburg Hospital, Katleho district. Marindi then joined the retail pharmaceutical industry and in 2008 she joined V-Tech Veterinary Solutions Pharmacy as a pharmacist. Marindi also completed her BSc. Hons. Pharmacology degree in 2010.

Fanie de Villiers well known cricketer and sports commentator, joined the management of Vtech in 2010 at a strategic level with key accounts. Fanie matriculated in 1982 and perused a very successful sports career in international cricket. He has been involved in numerous charity organizations throughout his life and committed himself to better the circumstances of his fellow men. Fanie is often called upon as a motivational speaker and has established himself as a respected strategic thinker. He also have a close association with the mining industry in South Africa..
